1.4 Illegal Substances

• Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
• Drug use or manufacturing
• Promotion of illegal substances

1.5 Hate Speech and Discrimination

• Racist, sexist, or discriminatory content
• Hate symbols or hate group imagery
• Content promoting hatred or violence against groups
• Derogatory or dehumanizing content

1.6 Intellectual Property Violations

• Copyrighted characters or imagery without permission
• Trademark infringement
• Impersonation of real people or brands

1.7 Other Prohibited Content

• Misinformation or deepfakes
• Self-harm or suicide content
• Spam or malicious content
• Content intended to deceive or defraud

2. Enforcement Policy

We employ automated and manual content moderation. All prompts are logged and may be reviewed. Violations will result in progressive enforcement:

• Manual review of flagged content
• User reporting system
• Pattern detection for repeat offenders

4. Appeals Process

If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may appeal by contacting our support team within 7 days of the action. Include your account email and a detailed explanation. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it immediately through our support channels. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

7. Legal Cooperation

We cooperate with law enforcement and may report illegal activity. We reserve the right to preserve and disclose information as required by law.
