By accessing and using ArtisanAI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ArtisanAI provides AI-powered image generation services using advanced AI models. The Service allows users to create images based on text prompts.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Accept our Acceptable Use Policy
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods. All prices are in USD.
5. Credit System
Credits are used to generate AI images. Each image generation consumes credits based on the model and settings used. Trial accounts receive 10 free credits valid for 2 days. Pro accounts receive 100 credits per month. Credits do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing period.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to use the Service to generate or attempt to generate:
- Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Content that violates intellectual property rights
- Adult content, nudity, or sexually explicit material
- Violence, gore, or graphic content
- Content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
- Hate speech, racism, or discriminatory content
- Content that harasses, abuses, or harms others
7. Content Ownership and Rights
You retain all rights to images you generate through the Service. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use generated images for service improvement, quality control, and marketing purposes. We may use your prompts and generated images to improve our AI models.
8. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy. We log all prompts and may review generated images for compliance. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
9. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ArtisanAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated images may not always meet your expectations.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where ArtisanAI is registered.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
